1.Do I have to create an account to shop at shopkiss, Inc.?
New customers will be prompted to create a password when you check out for the first time. Creating a password protects the information you submit. 3. How to contact you?

It would be helpful to know the reason you are calling. If you are calling about the status of your order, please leave your name, order number if you have it, and phone number. If you are calling to check the availability of a bags, please let us know which bag(s) you are interested in.
4.When can I expect a reply email?
Our normal turn around times for emails is 48 business hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of emails, emails responses may be delayed. Make sure that a correct email address was provided to us to respond to. Also, please check your spam filters and spam inbox to ensure that you have not missed an email response from us.
5. Do your products of bags brand ship internationally?
No. At this time we are not able to ship internationally, though we are currently researching this possibility,but mainly to USA,UK,Canada,Australia Marketing. Please check back in the future for this option.
6.What about delivery time?
For packages shipping,all orders may take a bout 1week delivery time to your door and also trackable online any time.
7.How do I track my order?
Most orders can be tracked by going to USPS.com.Once you make orders here,you will get an email noticing Order confirmation with tracking number together.And tracking numbers could be trackable online in 36hours later.Please contact us via email if you need further tracking assistance.
8. Where do I return my bags?
Please ask an request feedback now on our website,we will reply soonest into your email including return information.
9. How long will it take to process my return?
We process all returns in the order they are received, and we do process them as quickly as possible. On all returns and exchanges, processing may take up to 15days.

11.My order still says processing after a few days
This is normal, once we receive a delivery date your account will be updated with this information so you know when your order will be delivered.
12.What if i am not available on my delivery date?
If you are not available to sign for your order then it will be returned to your local sorting office for an automatic delivery, or an arrangement made by yourself. A delivery card should have been left.
13.Do I have to sign for delivery?
Yes, all orders require a signature.
14.How long is delivery?
Delivery usually takes about a week to ten days but customers usually receive their order in about a week.If your order exceeds this time then please contact us and we will chase things up for you.
15.What if my items are faulty?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know, we will endeavour to sort this out for you.
